I have 9 friends that play table tennis almost on a regular basis. I live kind of far away from all of them and can't always make it in town just to play a game and go home. Most of my friends are starting to show real skill in their serves and especially returns, throwing very fast forehands and backhands that I simply can't answer.
TL;DR How to I return hard hits, put incredible speed and spin on shots, learn best techniques for holding the paddle and so on.
